Tina, it&#039;s extra-sad that the current river is just a rock-line ditch without much in the way of habitat that really should be lining its banks.</description>

Making a riparian zone out of desert is a tough act. I appreciate what they re trying. Maybe they need some good old fakes creek beds to make it really work?</description>
